How OneThreeFive protects and respects your data

We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver the core features of OneThreeFive:

• Productivity Data: Lists, tasks, ideas, categories, reminders, and related metadata (such as completion status and timestamps).
• App Preferences: Theme selection, language choice, notification settings, and any access tier overrides you toggle in development/TestFlight builds.
• Identifiers: Device identifiers generated by Apple for CloudKit synchronization and push notifications. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase receipts provided by Apple (via StoreKit) to validate your access tier. We do not receive your full payment details.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, contact lists, photos, microphone input, or location information.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your 1-3-5 lists, tasks, and ideas.
• Sync your data across your devices via Apple CloudKit (paid tier only).
• Deliver local reminders and push notifications when you opt in.
• Maintain your theme, language, and notification preferences.
• Validate and restore in-app purchases.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues through anonymized error logs.

We do not serve ads or sell your data to third parties.

• Local Storage: Your data is stored on-device using Core Data. If you disable sync, your data remains on the device where you created it.
• Cloud Sync (Paid Tier): When you enable sync, your productivity data and preferences are stored in your private iCloud container via CloudKit. Apple hosts and secures this data; we do not have direct access to your raw CloudKit records.
• Backups: iCloud (if enabled) may include your local database in device backups.

OneThreeFive can send you reminders and push notifications to keep your plans on track:

• Local Notifications: Configured per list and stored on-device. You can enable or disable them in the app or iOS Settings.
• Push Notifications: Used for real-time CloudKit sync (paid tier). We register your device token with Apple; we do not share it with other parties.

You may revoke notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

We use StoreKit to process purchases and verify your subscription. Apple provides us with signed transaction data indicating your current entitlement status. We rely on that information to unlock paid features such as additional list slots, CloudKit sync, and advanced statistics.

We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs. We use Apple’s unified logging and CloudKit error tracking solely for debugging and stability. Logs are stored locally or in your private CloudKit container and may include anonymized diagnostics (e.g., error codes, operation timestamps). These logs do not contain your lists or ideas.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards:

• All sync traffic uses Apple’s secure CloudKit APIs over HTTPS.
• Data stored on-device is protected by iOS sandboxing and your device passcode/biometrics.
• We follow Apple’s best practices for secure coding and do not embed secrets in the app bundle.

You can manage or delete your data in several ways:

• In-App Management: Delete lists, ideas, or reminders from within the app.
• Device Settings: Revoke notification permissions or delete the app to remove local data.
• iCloud: If using sync, deleting the app does not automatically remove data from iCloud. You can delete the “OneThreeFive” data set from iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

OneThreeFive is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us to request deletion.

Your data may be processed on servers located in your Apple iCloud region. By using OneThreeFive, you understand that your information will be transferred to and stored by Apple according to their regional infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via the App Store release notes or within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
